Our Process
Delivery & Pick-Up
- Factors Influencing Cost: Delivery charges are based on the destination's zip code, order size, any inside delivery/setup requests, and timing outside regular hours or specific time frames.
- Peak Season Timing: Between April and October, expect deliveries/pick-ups from 9 AM to 7 PM. Please call us by 3:30 PM for an ETA if needed.
- Standard Delivery Charges: $200 round-trip within Tippecanoe county, subject to change. Additional fees for extended distances, timed deliveries, or after-hours and Sunday service.
- Carry fees may apply if equipment has to be carried more than 50ft from where the delivery trucks can park.
- Delivery and Pickup Times: Specific delivery and pickup times cannot be guaranteed unless an on-time or after-hours fee has been paid. Our sales team does not have access to the delivery schedule, but our drivers will contact you once the equipment is loaded and en route. Please note that after-hours and weekend deliveries/pickups will incur additional charges, which vary depending on the size of the event.
- Payment Terms: Final payments are due two weeks before the scheduled delivery. For commercial credit accounts, invoices will be issued after the contract is finalized.
- Reservation Modifications: Any changes to the reservation must be made at least five business days prior to the delivery date. Modifications made during the week of delivery may be subject to re-stocking and/or modification fees.
Equipment Placement & Setup
- Equipment Placement: Delivered and picked up from one location. Please specify placement details in advance. Extra fees may apply for stairs or extended transport needs.
- Setup Services: Automatic setup for tents, dance floors, and drapes; tables and chairs setup available for an additional fee.
- Tent Installation Requirements: Property owners must mark all private utility lines prior to installation. Additionally, customers are required to provide an aerial image of the tent location so that Indiana 811 can be contacted to mark public utility lines.
- Setup Requests: To ensure proper setup, please provide an approved layout for your event. Setup and teardown are not included in the standard delivery unless specifically requested and agreed upon.
